Please note: Permission is required for any events or activities that will involve people gaining access to lands subject to native title claims, or subject to exclusive possession native title as determined by the Federal Court.

Please respect the traditional owners’ right to protect their land and culturally significant sites.

Requests to conduct activities on the Martu native title holders’ country, which includes the CSR (such as well restoration and scientific tours), or to travel into restricted areas on Martu country (any areas not listed in the permit access areas) should be addressed in the first instance to Kanyirninpa Jukurrpa, PO Box 504, Newman, WA, 6753.
